My DS really needs a new bed and mattress and I'm very tempted by this but over 2,000 have been bought already and I wonder if it will end being a fiasco? What if they can't meet all the orders, I imagine a situation where you will be able to redeem your voucher but only on a much higher priced bed for example?? Does anyone know anything about this bed company?

Not sure how to confirm this? TBH the bed on it's own is pretty good value BUT i'm so cynical about these things recently. I googed crazy price beds and not much came up - couldn't find any reviews. I checked out delivery costs as I thought this may be where they sting you but it says £10 flat rate. The thing is I posted about the European flights that Groupon were selling for £39 return and thought it was too good to be true - it was! Turns out they massively increased the taxes from the usual charges for those who had bought these vouchers, and I wonder if this could be a similar scenario?

I just wondered if anyone had rung them to check the bed place or groupon as nobody seems sure what the deal is and it does seem very good and my son could do with a new bed if it is, but bit wary like you say other deals have gone pear shaped.

Someone on HDUK has emailed the company and no response. Theres a big thread over there about it but no real answers

A subtle difference but an important one. It is talking about how the mattress sits on the bed, not saying that you get a mattress with the bed. I'm confident this offer is purely for the bed.

Edited to say, I've gone for it, so will let you know how it goes.
The king size has sold out, but we wanted the double anyway.

Both are now sold out! Makes it seem like it was more geniune as they appear to have limited the offer to what was available, and now I've missed it!:mad: Oh well never mind, I'm sure I have seen very similar beds on ebay for around £99.99.

Decided to have a little look on ebay and saw a picture of what appeared to be the same bed (same picture) as the Groupon deal selling for £49.99 plus £10 postage. Clicked for further info and the seller is..... CRAZY PRICE BEDS!!!!

It does state quite clearly that mattress is not included in this price though, but I still bought one as terrific value (well hopefully it will be and won't be made out of matchsticks when it arrives!)
