Double (£69) or King Sized (£75) Valencia Bed from CrazyPriceBeds

Had same problem with voucher, turns out code works on double bed but not king size as ordered, paid for and stated on voucher. Spoke to Groupon this morning who say problem is with crazy beds and i have to speak to them however when i phone the number the line goes dead! Think may just get refund, has anyone else got through to them?

The website is down for maintenance. This morning it said it would be back up at noon, now it says 1pm. It's still not back though.
It didn't occur to me to try the code on anything else to see if it worked. I'll give the website a couple more hours, and will them try ringing them.

TBH, I went into this with my eyes open, not fully expecting to actually get the bed. We shall see what happens, but if I get no joy, then I'll just get refund.

Website now back up, order placed no problem. Order is currently showing as processing. Let's see what happens from here.

Hi Everyone, I enquired if there was a mattress with the deal and I got the below email from groupon before I purchased the double bed. Do you guys think I've got a case for making them give me a mattress? Is my contract with groupon or crazypricebeds?

Contacted Groupon by phone (020 3510 0410) for my refund as they hadn't replied to my email from Monday afternoon. Only waited 4 mins to get through - was told the refund 'will take 5 working days' to credit my account. The guy forgot to go on mute as he was processing, and not only did I hear him singing, I also heard him talking to a colleague saying 'don't raise the woman's hopes'... hmmm.

Let's hope this refund goes through on time so I can find a bed complete with mattress elsewhere!! :idea:

I just rang Crazy Price Beds to find out about delivery.
I spoke to a lovely, but slightly stressed lady. she told me that they are still waiting for all the orders to be processed, but delivery should be either Thursday or Friday, by TNT couriers. Whichever day delivery is booked for, if you're not in, they will automatically redeliver on the next working day. I begin to get a little more optimistic that I might actually get this bargain bed!

This is a con by Nigel Walmsley at SLEEP DESIGN As he will not honour his deal and supply the mattress as stated in the advert that he agreed to with groupon...

Would they be able to force the company to supply the mattress with the bed?? I think the way this has been done means both companies are pretty well-covered with their T&Cs

I'm sorry that people feel that they've been duped. I'm honestly surprised that anybody seriously expected to get a bed base and mattress for that price. nonetheless, I hope things get resolved for you.

Having heard all the horror stories about Groupon deals, I had decided that I wouldn't get my hopes up. Anyway, our bed arrived 30 mins ago, and is stunning; sturdier than we expected.

Hi its good to hear you have your bed there's still no sign of mine.
I ordered it on Tuesday when the website was working but still no sign of the bed. I've tried to get on their website is offline altogether now so I can't even call them to see what's happening, I really am beginning to think its a scam
