I want to know more about the people behind Rosspa not the website statistics and price of stocks. Is this a faceless organsation? Approved Food isnt.
    x

faceless? perhaps simply looking at the contact details on the site and then looking on google maps if you are so interested

how is that different to the approved food site?

Well I'm another very, very happy customer of Rosspa!

I've just placed my 2nd order - I was so pleased with the first one, the way it was expertly packed and the prices are really excellent.

My shop last week was £94 which included fresh fruit & veg (which has lasted ages btw), fresh meat in a comparison to Asda where I usually shop worked out £21 cheaper and thats including £11 for delivery.

I was so pleased that I emailed the owner as I believe that they ought to know when their customers were pleased too, not just when there is a problem.

I had a lovely reply so its not a 'faceless' company

I live quite near Barleylands, its open to the public and has several small shops and units as well as their own shop, sell quite a lot of near to date, ood food for cheap.
Haven't been at all this year but my kids sometimes come in with a case of something (fizzy or whatever) for cheap that they picked up while passing.

personally i would say you were cutting it fine with your order OP. i once placed an order from a major supermarket and it never came because of being out of stock, resulted in the inlaws having fish n chips rather than roast pork for tea. lesson learnt - dont leave things to last min

The registered address is Southend Road, Billericay, Essex CM11 2UQ.
(It's on the T&C page here.)

There's also a phone number at the bottom of the home page. As they have both Twitter and facebook accounts, I'm sure they'd answer any queries that you have about them on there.
  • another happy customer here
i have had 3 orders, VERY pleased indeed
and i have also had an email from them
    wouldnt hesitate to use again,
  • My first order was delivered at 10am this morning. I am MORE then impressed with Rosspa.

The order was very well packed and the quality and freshness of the fruit and veg looks excellent.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.:T:T:T

;) Felines are my favourite ;)
  • OP what was the outcome? I don't think you can entirely blame Rosspa - the Courier delivery is outwith their control but hopefully they handled it well.

Anymore positive/negative experiences on Rosspa?? It is SO much cheaper than my usual Tesco or Asda shop given that we use a lot of fresh fruit/veg and fresh meat. Think I'll get my veg and meat from Rosspa and everything else from Farmfoods.

    xx
