Help! Letter from debt agency but not my debt!
I recieved a letter today from Red Castle Recoveries regarding an account with Wonga. Total debt £2000.
I have never taken out a loan with Wonga. I rang them up and explained and they said to go to the police station and get a crime reference number.
Is this a con or possibly a case of identity theft. It says on the letter that ''Wonga no longer holds your account details....therefore any queries that you have direct to Red Castle''
I cant find a number for Wonga either to check this out. And this is the first letter I have ever had - nothing from Wonga.

Don't hang on the phone using 0871 it will cost you a fortune. If the 020 landline number isn't answering today, leave it until Monday. Also try 0844 842 9109 which I think is a lo-call number.
If you will the end, you must will the means.0
