Thanks for this great idea, will use this idea for table decorations at our charity night:-)0

Thank you for your help, but one more question, what would you coat the foam in or would you use something different?0
-
Not tried these but looks great fun - must cost a lot though with all those lollies!
iowfesty - I would cover the foam with foil first - that would protect the sweets - or even clingfilm. Some I've seem made with red/white sweets as Xmas decorations - but these used glue and were not for eating.
If you didn't want to stick them and you were doing mallows you could have cocktail sticks - a bit like people did with chesse and pineapple.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
Just put 'sweet trees' into google images - what a selection! Have seen one with flying saucers and one gumdrop Xmas one.
Also like the ferrero one and the Lindt red one above here.
Have got the Celebration box and they would make a colourful tree too.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
I want to make some for wedding, a table decorator charges £50 for them, would it be cheaper to do my own? Where to get the balls from?0

I'd say frpm florists or even ebay - I'm sure you can make them way cheaper than that - you could buy cheap sweets and pcik your colours.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0
