I kept looking at them today but didn't fancy dragging 10 heavy boxes to the scannerI did one or two but no bargains... I'd love a bargain vax... :j
Apparently they are quite a rarity anyway. Its in the boot of the car so will stick the details up tomorrow as my feet are up now and wine is in hand so the car is out of bounds!0 -

Sounds mad doesn't it?
However, it doesn't go off and you always need it0 -
Hi guys,
I headed down to my local Tesco after reading through this thread!! (I can't believe some of the bargains you guys have got!!) I was looking for the crazy cheap laptops!! I asked a sales guy about 'the reduced laptops' that 'a friend' ha told me about!! He knew straight away which ones I was talking about because he bought one yesterday!!! He said they were completely sold out so I asked him if they had any other cheap laptops. he took me over to the clearance/ex-display shelf and pointed out a GORGEOUS HP Notebook that was reduced from £499 to £399! He told me he would double check the price for me because he knew it had been reduced further because he was going to buy it before he got his crazy cheap one! He scanned the label and it came through at £149 and he offered me an extra 10% off because it was an ex-display model!! It was literally in perfect condition!! He explained that I would still get the free 1 year warranty on it and that even though it was ex-display if there was anything actually wrong with it I could take it back!!
I don't have that kind of money available to spend as I need the money in my bank to pay bills so I called my dad who agreed to lend me the money and snapped up the laptop!!!
£500 laptop for £134.10??? Don't mind if I do!!!!
The only issue is that laptops no longer come with Microsoft Office so I'm going to have to try and get hold of a copy!! On the cheap if I can!!!
Thanks so much for the all the thread posts about your bargains, it led me to my beautiful new laptop!!
I did try all the straighteners as well but they were scanning at shelf price!! I got some very strange looks walking backwards and forwards from the electrical beauty to the scanner with baskets full of hair straighteners!!
So no other bargains for me other than the laptop although I'm very interested in the Pyrex dishes someone mentioned so I might be head back tomorrow!!
Thanks again everyone!!!
Jo

They were under banners indicating a sale, so I there is nothing cheating about it.
Not you- the backroom staff
