Bishop Auckland store put out a bunch of Dell 1545 laptops today, unfortunately they are scanning at £249 not £149 like other stores.

In the N3wt0n A*cl1ffe store last night. Couldn't pluck up the courage to ask so lurked around for a while. assistant was very busy running around after people but overheard him say to someone when asked that there were no cheap laptops - cheapest was £299.

But bought a 16" Technika TV/DVD £89. Bought the same TV just over a year ago at £126. What is special about this TV is it is the only one that comes with a detachable power lead so can be used on 12v (for all you caravanners/moterhomes out there.)

wow...thats excellent...i vowed not to go back tilthe weekend to my local stores....but stories like this make it impossible to stay in!!! Unless you fancy selling one of the laptops??!!
