It's an alarm clock that wakes you up with a "simulated sunrise". It has a daylight bulb which gets brighter leading up to the time you want to wake up. Some also have a simulated sunset to help people get to sleep.
They're supposed to help regulate sleep/wake cycle, and improve energy and mood.
When the sale first started I saw loads of these and didnt bother with them because thought they were some new fangled gadget, now I want one! Will definately pick them up if I see them and share;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
In the last few weeks from there I have had satnavs, sony ipod docking stations, camcorders, tresemme hairdryers, straighteners, garden lights, headphones, male slendertone, and some other bits. But it has been hard work and feel like I've lived in there:rotfl:Have done alright at Yead##g too. Their doesnt seem to be anything much left now because everytime I get a price check the staff go and get whatevers left when the see how cheap they are.Think I'm finished with it now as have got everything I wanted apart from the illusive iron and blender;)
Cheers I am thinking of giving up too, Been to S''ough and got there as they were removing all the reduced personal care off sale GGRRR
Did well in S''taines home plus, got a hoover, £4 philips iron and £20 Samsung PL57 camera
Want to get the steam iron too and the twin DVD players!!TB0 -
The only things I have bought is the digital photo frame, some sony headphones, a breadmaker and a new slow cooker.
When I look at the list theres actually NOTHING on there I need. So im glad ive not found any of these these ''bargains'' they'd have actually cost me money, as I would have had to have found ''someone'' to give them too.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
The offer is on now if you can find any. It seems stores are getting deliveries all the time. You just have to be in the right place at the right time.I am a Dolphin Angel:A

Well I went out revisiting a few stores Ive been to already today.
Was expecting the stores to be transformed with all the hype for the new price war on groceries but it was a bit of a damp squib!
Anyhoo, I went to H@slew1ck Cr@wley and found a Bosch 2 slice toaster TAT 610GB £4.50 but didnt buy it, forgot to go back for it! but there were a few (still labled at original price)
Spent a looong time getting ex display laptops re scanned but were scanning for less than the label but still not bargain prices. But collected the little piece of paper from every other laptop there. More on that in a bit!
I found a Morphy Richards Filter Kettle model number 43541 which was £5
Went on to G@twick H00kw00d and didnt find anything apart from 24 bottles of parazone bleach still labelled at 30p and bogof!
Went upstairs to look at laptops and picked up a couple of different laptop model details and proceded to go to the scanner by the loo rolls and scanned everyone. Needless to say everyone again scanned at a non discounted price.
Heres a list of the ones I tried so if it helps stop wasting anyone elses time, these are NOT DISCOUNTED:
HP Mini 110 10.1" Netbook 1gb/250gb bc black 0886111264803
red 0886111264773
HP 110 - 3700 - 10.1" Netbook 1gb/250gb bc 0886111809516
Compaq CQ10-800-10.1" Netbook 1gb/250gb 0886111809844
Compaq CQ56-261EA - 15.6" laptop 4gb/500gb bc 0886111670154
Toshiba Satellite 15.6" C660-220 (black) 4gb/500gb bc 4026203914117
Toshiba Satellite 15.6" C660-26Z (Charcoal) 4gb/500gb bc 4026203922679
Acer Aspire 5742 - 15.6" laptop (black) 4gb/750gb bc 4717276579777
Acer Aspire 5742 - 15.6" laptop (red) 4gb/750gb bc 4717276579791
HP Pavilion G6-1154sa (grey) 3gb/320gb bc 0886111939879
HP Pavilion G6-1195sa (red) 3gb/320gb bc 0886111939985
Dell Inspiron M501R - 15.6" (pink) bc 5397063041138
(black) bc 5397063041145
(blue) bc 5397063041114
(red) bc 5397063041121
Phew! I need to repeat that as of today these will scan at or a little under the SEL so NOT a bargain
I then went on to H0rsh@m and spotted a "friend of martin" going back and forth to the handy scanner in the electrical dept.
I spoke to her, hello if you are reading! and she had identified the Breville 1.5l deep fryer at 3.50 model number VDF021 bc 5011773035750 so I bagged one too.
I also then found a Kenwood hand blender triblade 700w model number HB7161 bc 5011423150673
Then I also saw a display of flat packed TV units to the right of the TVs, there was a big picture on the wall with the 4 or so models.
No 1 and 2 were MDF covered units for 32" and 42" TV's. They had two of the 42" ones and the pack said "Universal TV unit/coffee table". The SEL said £1! bc 5052109607821 so I got both as they will be great in the kids room.
Hope that info is of use to someone!0 -

That's why I'm going to try and stop looking now, everything I've got I'm delighted with and will use but I know I could be tempted with stuff I really don't need. I'm most delighted with my slow cooker, will be trying it out with soups this weeks and well happy with new hairdryers. Just put all my stuff away as lots of it is xmas pressies, can't wait to see my brothers face xmas morning, he's so vain and I've bought him the male slendertone:rotfl::rotfl:Beware!!!! Now going to bed. Been up since 02.30 and was out the house at 5am chasing bargains lol. Another day tomorrow. This is getting far to addictive. No housework gets done and my bedroom resembles Currys. But at least I have xmas all sorted and on a shoe string. This has saved us so much money and I love you all very very much. THANKYOU.I am a Dolphin Angel:A
