TESCO Silly Price Electrical Items

I managed to get to a Tesco today! Unfortunately I didn't find the bargain iron or hand food blender that I need.
I saw a woman with a sewing machine in her trolley but I couldn't find any on the shelves. I also saw a woman at the self scanner with two hairdryers that scanned at £2.97 each. I don't need a hairdryer though so I didn't look to see if there were more.
I did get a Bodyclock Advanced 200 for £10 knowing that there were people on here looking for them. The box is slightly damaged on one corner.
Anyone interested in it for £10 plus postage? Be aware though, I have transport problems at the moment so it might take me a few days to manage to get to a post office. Collection in person also possible.
Edit: Without any packaging, the weight of the bodyclock is 2.2kg, to give an idea of shipping cost. By First Class Recorded delivery it would be £9.72 within the UK.
Thanks for picking up the bodyclock EmH, there are so many people on here that really want to get their hands on one!!! Great MSE spirit!! xxxThanks to all the comp posters, you are brilliant! :T0 -

If this was true...they need to be kicked off the forum if this was possible.
What some people are forgetting is that we are here to help each other to find a bargain or two and share them with other members so they can have get a bargain too. The forum is NOT for some people to lurk around picking up X amount of the same item and not leaving any left for the rest of the members. We are not here to be SELFISH, that is not what this forum is about. Abuse it openly and you should get banned!! Simple!0 -
If you look at MIdgetinabikini's post history, she must live in a huge house with the hundreds of pots of jelly and custard, special K bars, boxes of cereal etc. breadmakers and other electrical items she has.0

So went to electrical dept to see about the sat nav (had a voucher for £20 off as I had just filled up on petrol) there were several cameras really cheap, didn't take too much notice as didn't require camera, but I did pick up two Samsung hand held camcorders, reduced to clear for £13.50 each. Went to electrical desk to enquire if these prices were correct, and the guy said yes they are good bargains, grab them!
Both had original price of £108.00 on them, well pleased, also got a sony Ipod docking station for £29.
How pleased was I that I didn't join the mad brawl for the toys!!!
thanks for replying might pop over there in a bit and have a nosey, just begrudge paying the toll for the tunnell if i dont end up getting anything!! well done on the camcorders!0 -

Went there this morning for bread, milk, newspapers and wine deals (hey its been a long weekend) nothing new going on in there. But please dont take my word for it, things change everyday. Good luck and keep us posted.0 -
Little tip with the tresemme hairdryers, everytime I've got one or seen them they are just with the normal hairdryers in the beauty aisle and they are the 2000 not the 2200 ones..If you have'nt got a self scanner just ask the pharmacy to scan them for you, I usually find them the most helpful.
although its too late for my store(Sto^c^on) I found these late evening but as soon as had the price checked the SA printed a ticket, put it on the display. and stood there offering them to anyone that was passing until they were gone. May be worth checking other stores. They appear to be a display seperate from the normal hair dryer stockAwaiting a new sig0 -

I spent ages carting irons and hand blenders back and forth between the shelves and the scanner, all to no avail, and I was just about to give up when I saw the bodyclock on the bottom shelf in the healthcare section and I thought that at least someone could benefit from my trip. The SEL said £80 reduced to £60 then £39.99 but it scanned at £10.
I have to admit I looked at what they're going for on eBay, (how surprising that there are loads on there at the moment! :rotfl:), but I just couldn't do it.
I saved my Boots points for a year a couple of years ago to get my bodyclock and I find it invaluable, so I hope this one is just as helpful to someone else.
