  • I just went into Mr T's 24 hr in che3lmf0rd just on the off chance of finding a grabbit....im glad i did as i managed to get a Babyliss Elegance 2100 Hair dryer for £2.86!!!

It was the last one on the shelf in this Mr T's but may be worth a look in other stores!

Can anyone tell me where it is in store that I would find these Lumie clocks please? Im partially deaf, and when asleep im fully deaf and i really struggle to wake up in the morning as i cant hear alarms, i have a deaf alarm but thought maybe one of these lumie ones would be ideal for me so i can wake up properly at the right time and feel awake too....all help on this one would be appreciated :) Cheers!

    Keep up the grabbits :)

What are you going to do with all that, it's a bit extreme 8 sanders, 8 kettles, 7 breadmakers, 8 kettles etc!! If I shared your local I'd be a bit peeved with someone buying that much. And sorry I definately wouldnt post it, you are just asking for grief!!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
  • Don't give up looking folks. I went to 3 T's this morning and was about to call it a day, until I went to a homeplus and got a Dell 1120 for £89. Forgot to check for other things though as I was only looking to get a laptop or notebook.

you must have an awful lot of spare cash to buy all of these items. I assume that they may be for resale or you have some very lucky relatives. Without any details of where bought and when and barcodes this is not any help to anyone and is just a gloating list that annoys people like me who go for a few items that I actually want for myself. As posted in other threads I am a Tesco Shareholder (although clearly not a big one but nevertheless I have a say by virtue of that fairly substantial holding for an ordinary individual). I have made my feelings clear at my local and have received tacit agreement that the current system is fraught with difficulties. I have made several suggestions that involve shareholders, tesco credit card holders, loyalty card holders having the first pick on bargains or some other way of rewarding loyalty that trys to cut out the vultures and scavengers that seem to pervade this site. Despite my efforts the only thing I've achieved so far is to limit the number of certain goods that an individual can buy in certain depts at any one time. The staff are on the look out for individuals. Be warned

In my local store tis morning there were several toasters and kettles that fit the description of the reduced items but they had covered the barcodes with big yellow stickers saying £17.99......what do you think of that???
  • Tesco FFach Sw@ns3a managed to get 2 Black and Decker Jigsaws (£12 each) and 2 pools for 30p, Moon Sand scanning at £2 (got some from another store there are about 8 of these on the shelf at ffach SEL saying £9.97)

Noticed when there that the staff are going around the electrical scanning everything and tipping tickets up of mispriced items (ie cheaper items) and one of the staff said that there are more big reductions coming on wednesday. The staff were also all over the TV's and DVD players. After a TV/DVD combo so hoping!
  • in C'water, Belfast, TV wall brackets are greatly reduced. Technika tiltable for TVs up to 23" (wall fixings not included) scanned at £2. Also another make (sorry to be so vague, it's still in car) in a flat square box down from around £35 to £4.10 this is a cantilever and tilt type and includes wall fixings.

Kn0ckn@g0ney have price scanners in stationery aisle and near chocolates etc.

Finally got a bargain - Babyliss hairdryer for £2.86, Tricity kettle under £2 and babyliss mini straightners for £1.53 and one of the above cantilever TV brackets.
