  • Sitting here this afternoon I said to OH I'm off to tsco, he said why what do you need. I replied well I was going to look for a cheap sat nav to replace the one stolen out your van, he said don't worry I can get it replaced at work. So I said well maybe some straightners and he reminded me I have a set that work perfectly. I said an electric blanket but he said he'd keep me warm. He made me realise that I really don't need any of these things no matter how cheap so i stayed in and had a snooze on the sofa. :)
  • Just clicked on the link for the bad Ebay man to see what I should be looking for if I can persuade other half to take me in the morning and I have to say, I feel a bit sick at all the presents that could have been purchased. If only I had a driving licence! Sometimes this site does me more harm than good!

This made me smile. Good for you. Sometimes we need someone else to give us a wee bit of perspective :T

these are not glitches most are price reductions to clear through dead stock that is sitting in each stores warehouse so they could be cheap in one store but full price in another store
  • Right....a quick question. I've heard Tesco's or some of them are opening at 12.01 tonight/monday morning. Is this true? I heard it from Tesco staff but it got contradicted by another member of staff today so I'm unsure.

At least looking at the pictures I can visualise what I am looking for rather than just lots of numbers!

    Was thinking the same

As far as I understand, the 24 hour Tesco stores normally open at 12.01 Monday mornings... but may not be tonight due to "unforeseen circumstances" and instead opening at 6am tomorrow morning.
