Hi all, just a quick one - I have searched I promise... and I mostly come looking for CCP or anyone who can cook OS-y :p.

How flattering! :o:) I've never tried making croquetas although I've eaten them in Spain - I'll definitely be trying that recipe poppy-glos. :T

  • Monday 5th - Enchiladas
Hubby will be cooking this evening as enchiladas are his speciality, will be made using leftover chicken from Sunday's roast dinner

    Tuesday 6th - Chicken lasagne
This is an experimental tea as I've never made it before, again will be using up the leftover chicken

Wednesday 7th - Egg and chips
No doubt hubby will be complaining about too much chicken by now so a 'naughty' tea should appease him (even if the chips are home made)

    Thursday 8th - Lamb chops
We were just saying the other day how we'd not had these for ages so think we are going to splash out and enjoy

Friday 9th - Home made pizza

Saturday 10th - Baby shower buffet leftovers

Sunday 11th - Toad in the hole

All will be accompanied by the necessary rice/potato/pasta and veg/salad

Lunches for me will be whatever is in the store cupboard - got some soups, tortellinis, ryvita and laughing cow, tinned spaghetti etc. so a lot of variety.

Lunch for hubby will be the usual sandwich, crisps, choccy bar, fruit and fruit yoghurt.
