Have a lovely time.
I have an out. My mum has been staying with me and has been joining in on our challenge on her own lol. She had brought her own moisturiser to UU - Evian Affinity Holiday skin circa 2006 which has a daily tan build up. After day three her face and neck have changed quite dramatically - Think orange with a really bad tide mark only at the base of her neck :rotfl: My mum's skin is almost translucent it is so white. She went to put some more on this morning and I had to say to her to lay off it for a day or two and then use sparinly every few days. So I have donated a N07 Lift & Luminate Freebie moisturiser for her to use.No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -
Last day of September and I have a couple of almost UUs  Sanctuary pre tan lotion which has been standing on itshead for about 4 weeks and still has lotion stuck in the neck and a Neutrogena conditioner, again on its head with conditioner in the neck and refusing to come out  very frustrating!
I also have a Original Source scrub that I've only been using for a couple of times in the shower, I reckon only 1 or maybe 2 uses left, nice but not very MSE.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Hi Cornishlass (typing this on an iPad which tried to change it to 'Cornish !!!', glad I noticed that one). The best smoothing gear I've ever used is L'oreal kerastase oleo relax. I don't know what the active ingredient is but it's the biz. Only problem is the cost (loads).
Some UUs.
TBS sweet lemon shower gel. WBA, it was nice, but it could have lathered up better.
Cath Kidston mini hand cream, from set of 3 my husband panic bought as Christmas present. WNBA, not that moisturising.
Origins mini 'sprinkler system' face spritz. WNBA. Face spritzers are a right con, aren't they? For years I believed the hype re 'setting your make up' etc.
Some ins (although first since early August so some improvement):
Went into poundland at lunchtime for customary 4 bottles of fizzy Buxton water for £1 and stupidly wandered down toiletries aisle. Ended up with bottle of Palmolive olive shower cream (is lovely but already have 50 gallons of shower gel and could start own industrial washing operation), tube of radox body scrub and can of shaving gel of no recognisable brand (current one spluttering). Felt tainted afterwards, like alcoholic coming out of AA meeting and being drawn into Wetherspoons for 3 bottles of WKD (chose cheap drinks to go with poundland theme). Now full of new resolve not to lapse again!
Really laughed at age limit on bb cream. It will be some time before I require foundation-type items again but when I do I will defiantly purchase bb to stick on my 40 year old face!
BTW, I haven't worked out how to thank anyone yet so don't think I'm not enjoying all your posts, I'm just technologically incompetent.0 -

Must do better nect month. I don't think I "need" anything but....

Last post for September for me!
2 more UU -
Avon Christian Lacroix Rouge EDP sample - WNBA, smelled OK but I have so many perfumes to UU before I can justify buying anything! Also found 3 half-used perfume samples in various handbags and toiletry bags I have taken away for weekends so should have some quick UU for October.
Avon Clearskin Toner pads - not sure about these, I have another tub in my stash so can think about them for a while longer. Seemed too small to use on my whole face and left a horrible taste on my lips.
Also threw away 3 old make up items which would never have got used and gave away a nearly full bottle of Bio-Oil to my pregnant friend since her need is greater than mine!
Actually I think I GA the Bio-Oil to make up for the guilt of buying a new shower gel! I have literally a decades supply of shower gel but still could not resist the OS Shea and Honey shower gel in Mr S at 90p!! I was doing so well on the shower gel front!!
Oh well, on with the challenge for October! No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
