Lying to get a job is not really the way to go as it is starting on a bad note and they if you lie about your skills it will be found out when you can not do the job.:beer:0

I agree. I was merely wondering if a mechanism existed by which employers could find out, and if so whether they actually did. I guess they could ask to see your degree certificate (mind you, I mislaid mine years ago).studentphil wrote:and they if you lie about your skills it will be found out when you can not do the job.
I doubt that they'd be able to tell if it were just the difference between a 2.1 and 2.2 (say).Stompa0 -

Exams are just a strange thing and so easy to go wrong at. It is possible that one poor exam wont muck up your over all degree mark. You just have to pick yourself up and keep going.
It is natural to feel gutted though at the moment.:beer:0
