Someone spent my tesco Clubcard Vouchers

Have you rung Clucard? They should be able to put the points back on. But if it didn't get delivered - between the 3rd & 17th Feb - didn't you wonder where it was?

Maybe - but why would CCTV be following you Mum!?
She reported them stolen to the clubcard line after we left the store... was told to reprint them out. 2 weeks later went to use them, and they showed as being used. Cue a lot of call waiting in a store and they said they'd been used. Even after being reported stolen. (call was noted on the system) I guess they didn't withdraw them, and they were used 2 days after they were nicked on a self service without the corresponding club card. Again, they replaced them ok, but she had to wait for next statement to get them back, and club card customer services didn't care that they'd be used fraudulently. "These things happen" when we pushed for any other response.

If you reprinted them - then you are in a race to see who can use them first, waiting two weeks is an invitation to lose that race!
Clubcard's other alternative, was to cancel them an either reissue them (though it might have been too late for that) or add them back for the next statement - May.
If they did 'withdraw' them - you wouldn't have been able to use the ones you reprinted.

Not really, our post rarely arrives on time and I had no intention to use the actual vouchers I wanted to convert them into rewards. I did send an email to Clubcard last week, as soon as I realised they had been spent. In fairness to Tesco the points were back on my account this morning although I will have to wait until May for them to become vouchers.

It still makes me angry that someone would steel them though. That person clearly knew what they were doing and probably stole them from the post (don't get me started on Royal Mail!)
