Hi,
Sorry if in wrong place, please move it and let me know where to.
I moved address recently, and changed my tesco clubcard address, but during this time my vouchers for August 2011 were sent to the old address.
I know you can print them online, so I did this, added it to my saving pile and forgot about it. Logged onto my account today, and someone spent them this weekend. i.e. The new tennents who took over.
Tesco must accept them without requiring proof of clubcard?
how can I get them back?

The same people refused to pay me £20 each for a electric bill.
But it costs £35 in fees to take someone to court, which they would have to pay, assuming I win.
Its just alot of agro.
I have contacted Tesco, i'll see what they say.Wins Pre-2011 : Arctic Monkeys Tickets

The vouchers are actually the property of Tesco so they need to prosecute if they have been used fraudulently I would imagine.
I remember the case of someone in Sainsbury trying to use someones nectar card to pay for shopping, it turned out to be lost/stolen, and I understand they did prosecute the person involved.0 -
We printed ours online and also received the normal ones. When we went to spend them we tried using the normal ones but these were rejected.
The customer help desk said the normal ones are invalidated as soon as you print the internet ones.0 -
hi. phone clubcard up,explain what has happened. They will be able to tell you what store and time they were used.Impress on them that your club card should have been used at the same time,if not the cashier was not doing their job correctly.Clubcards should always be used when redeeming clubcard vouchers .0

Are your vouchers still available to print online? If so, even is they are not scanning at the till you will be able to put in the codes to get it off an online shop. I forgot my Clubcard one day and wanted to use my vouchers and Tesco would not accept them without my Clubcard so that must be their policy. I'm not sure if the self scan tills require a clubcard when scanning the vouchers!0

I had the same thing happen
Tesco did not want to know after speaking to different people on the phone they did replace them so keep ringing.!0 -
Anytime I have used my cc vouchers they have not gone through without scanning my cc first. I would ask Tesco to investigate this as this should not have happened. They must have convinced cashier to override system. Mr T should not allow that to happen. Good luck and hope you get sorted.0

Thanks guys,
Tesco have agreed to re-issue to vouchers, and left it at that. They were totally at fault, and they must have know it.
The tennents of the property where they were sent to got very i-rate when i was enquired about it, and said why would try drive 20 mins away from the house to a different store to use them. I just hope scumbags like that get whats due.Wins Pre-2011 : Arctic Monkeys Tickets
