    NOW we're clear. BUT, one of the most irritating things about Plusnet's Help Assistant system is Plusnet deciding that MY question is closed.
    It's MY question - I'll decide if it is closed or not.
    Otherwise 5Stars PCR.

    Yup, I find this very annoying too!

    Any internally raised questions (i.e. raised by one of our support team) do actually get closed when that option is selected here, however if it's a ticket raised via the portal by a customer it'll be returned to the customer instead. We can't actually close customer raised tickets, they either have to be closed by the customer themselves or will close themselves after waiting with the customer for 14 days. Hope that's a bit more to your liking?

    @RigPig683 - I responded to two of your tickets, one raised internally and one by yourself via the portal. If you wish you should be able to return the other question to us.
