this brings to mind an event i once had, decided to have a munch on a piece of raw broccoli which was in the fridge. so broke a piece off, munched away plonked the uneaten half on a plate to finish in a second.... and promptly saw HALF A SLUG drop out of it... No prizes where the other half was ;-):eek:

My daughter found a winged insect in a bag of frozen spinach. I took it to the store who gave me a receipt for it and sent it for inspection. Tesco confirmed they would take up the issue with the supplier as they are supposed to have strict controls in place to prevent this happening (they did explain in more details but I don't have time to get the letter and type it up).
