your POP settings should be mail.talktalk.net but that shouldn't have changed.

You've got got a mail with a huge attachment sitting in your inbox on web mail have you?

I will have lots of emails with attachments - there have been over 1000 emails since I went away on holiday - I dont know abopu tthe sizes of the attachments but lots of them will have them.

ah so you're still a Tiscali user... pop.tiscali.co.uk is right as i'm still a Tiscali user.

Try creating a new folder in webmail and move some of the oldest - or the oldest - email into it.. Or possibly just delete the oldest email, and then try and download them.

pst file is where your emails are stored when you download them to outlook.
  • I dont know how to find that out?

I have another email address, which I could try to use for outlook, then forward my other email to that address, but I dont know where to begin getting the settings?
