So what's the minimum you have to buy to get it to work out to being free? Will nip down after midnight.

Also to the person who posted the pic, I noticed it said coke 6 pack but on the multibuy it took it off as 8pack?

I know me and hubby spotted that and are trying to work that one out too!

I think its because its the 6 pack with 2 free on the packaging. Probably just the way they've set up the text.
I bought the 6pack with 2 free today as well on BOGOF. So u get 16 cans for £3.25
    The end is nigh

Just back from Falkirk store (24 hours - Scotland) and it isn't working! Bought correct blue pack of 8 with previously mentioned barcode and 6 packs cost me £7.00. The SEL stated buy one get two free, but thought I would give it a try. Maybe they have cottoned on already and fixed it?? Still a good price I suppose. Good luck to everyone else though.

Didn't work for me either :( (different store) SEL £3.50 buy 1 get 2 free so I paid £7 for 6 packs.
Going to return them tomorrow - silly me got wrong size lol ;)

Right this has just worked in my local tesco (Extra)
Shelf label said buy one get 1 free. however it did batteries 2 free and buy one get 1 free. Should have cost 76.97 and cost me 3.47 as I purchased two other things! I got 18 in total.

I think the more you buy the more additional money you get off if that makes sense?

I went through self service and the guy noticed but I "know him" (im a regular) and he just laughed and said come back in the morning they will have restocked by then!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Just back from my second visit:beer: Tesco.
It works out that you receive £3.50 for every 6 packs you 'buy'. i.e. buy 12 packs - get £7.00 off your shopping.

Was just about to say, by my calculations buying 18 will give you £10.50 off, which can be used on anything but Buy One Get 2 Free gives max benefit!

Tempted to see if the machine tries to refund £10.50 and spits out a nice tenner.... but I doubt it!! That would add insult to injury for Tesco!

Off to try this in the morning with an extra £10.50 worth of goodies. Our Tesco Extra is rubbish though, judging by last time I was there I'll be shocked if there are many left, there's not much space for batteries!

Don't think it'd work. When I got my first lot I scanned them and had to run and get £3 worth of extra shopping because the balance due was -£2.XX and the machine went in to melt down. It didn't know what to do and froze. Had to get the CSA to void the whole lot.

Hahaha! Thanks, I thought that might well be the case and something must always be due. Better not try it then! :)

Just tried the Tesco Barnsley/Stairfoot and they had none left on the display and the labels had been turned around!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
