Large H&M box arrived this morning, everything is in great condition as usual. You get an email approx 1/2 days before you recieve the parcel saying that hermes is going to attempt delivery.

Only one thing didn't fit, my mum grabbed it and it fits her perfectly.

Just waiting for the second parcel of christmas pressies to arrive now.

Glad people have been getting their orders. When they email regarding my order they said they use dhl. I have to phone them if mines not here by 14th sept.

Second order is going out now, again I was given the Hermes tracking page for it and so I am expecting to get the next lot sometime next week. All the sale orders I made in this parcel are cancelled though (I had a mix of orders, some of them were full price and now I'm only going to get the full price stuff...oh well!)

Mine says delivered the 8th. ah no I think not !
I did two orders but they have put it into one(some original bits missing so probably out of stock?)? And they have added postage - sure it was free?? And one t-shirt I ordered in two sizes - but they now show at different prices - ie one reduced,one not ??

My order was dispatched on the 2 September, not received any emails to notify me of delivery, what number is everyone using to ring them? How long should I give it to be delivered.

Mine was dispatched on 2nd too. no emails or anything about delivery. I emailed them to see where my order was and they told me they use DHL, but mine arrived with the postman Saturday morning.

My 2 cardigans were fine and I ordered a bracelet but instead they sent me an orange nail vanish!?
