I ordered some clothes from H & M the beginning of may, never again!!!
One item turned up the end of may, one the end of June & in July I got sent in the post an apology that they couldn't send my third item.

I really hope you all have better luck

To everyone else, there definately is a problem with the site at the moment it seems - all my past orders are not showing either, I can only access them through my balance (but I am a previous customer.) So, you are not alone.

Having purchased off them tons of times I can tell you all the following:

Often it is true that goods probably won't arrive within the time bracket that they state on the site. As long as the goods move into the 'balance' area then you are going to get them eventually. It roughly takes one week til delivery once it shows up on the balance. I ignore the tracking too, it's never worked well for me.

It is worth noting that sometimes some items are not available for delivery until a later date, even though they are listed as being in stock. I think there is a minimum order value that those items must reach before they can be sent onwards in a seperate delivery (I assume this is because these extra deliveries are sent for free) - I have had things on order this way in the past and ended up not getting them sent to me for one reason or another. Personally, I am not really bothered about it, the pro's of shopping with them during sales and promos outweigh the chance of not getting one or two items.

Just thought I would add my feedback on HM. I ordered loads od stuff and was sent the wrong item
HM sent out a replacement as well as a 5 pounds off code and letter saying sorry. Then when I ordered again my order never made it to my house again they were quick to sort it our ans apologise

If you can wait for your clothes then mail order is fab if you cannot then a trip in store would be better. I find the clothes fab quality.

i have rang hm to find out why my order wasnt on my account, they said they are experiencing technical difficulties and everyones history has been erased

I have no order history either and I have placed 2 previous orders. I had no problems whatsoever with anything I ordered and it all arrived when stated. I ordered 7 things before this 50% off of sale thing with delivery expected 29th aug-2nd sept needless to say I have not had anything yet and have nothing showing at all on my account. I pay by card so don't have a proper credit account with them so not sure if that is why nothing shows but I do have email confirmation of it. Just a waiting game now I expect.

Has anyone recieved their ordered yet? Apparently mine was dispatched on 2nd but still yet to recieve it.

My items have now reappeared as dispatched - a load of my stuff was missing when I looked before.
