il NEVER shop online with h&m again.

i ordered 2 hooded jackets as someone on here posted a grabit saying they were £2.99 instead of £9.99 and 2 other tops on the 28th july. they STILL havent arrived. everytime i look on my account the delivery date changes. now its saying oct!!!!!

thats 3 months waiting for 4 items!

when i phone them they just say theyre waiting for stock, so why would they advertise things on their website if they havent even got any in stock!!??

VERY VERY DISAPOINTED. by the time i get them, they probably wont even fit my kids!

Just to update...my 'main' order in this sale is coming tomorrow. I'll probably post again to let people know if I managed to get everything ok. Looks like from the update that everything I bought in the sale has been sent out (a little worried that they might forget something but we will see.)

However, some of my sale items were not due until the end of this month and they've now been cancelled by H&M. 3 items missing out of 28 is fine by me (I didn't really need more socks...)

Got to say though, if you are buying in hope of getting your items quick then it probably isn't going happen. Also, they have cancelled things on me numerous times and never bothered emailing me about it. I just take it as the way they are. It's not a good way to do business and I know a lot of people who don't like the online shop because of this.

Like I said earlier, the big sales end up making it all worthwhile. For me they do anyway!

Edit: The update of orders is back up and running for me too.

I ordered a couple of the £2.99 jackets along with some shorts and a beach bag from the sale and they all arrived fairly promptly. Hope yours turn up soon!

I just checked my account balance and it's showing as one order was processed on 1st of september and the other 7th of september, anyone know when these would have been sent out as i have not had any notification from H&M ??? also how do you return things by post or can you take stuff back to a store, i have had things in the past by mail order from them but kept all the stuff, not sure if i will this time

My order came on Monday. My Delivery dates were between 29th aug and 2nd september but it was only 1 working day out. All of mine was there and is great. Thats my 3rd order with them and so far no complaint.

I was never given any delivery dates. Checked mine emails and nothing about when it should be delivered. H&M have told me that they can't track and trace their parcels but mine was dispatched on 2nd sept.
Hope it arrives soon!

the 7th i got an email to say it was disptached, then it came the very next day
