Loving this!!
Just ordered 4 jumpers, 3 cardigans, 2 pairs of jeans, 2 tops, bag, scarf, dress, parka jacket and a duvet set all for the grand total of £67 inc delivery!!! Not even primark is that cheap!!!

I ordered a kids coat just over a week ago and got an email yesterday alerting me on delivery. I thought I would log in and see if I could track the parcel, but I didn't have any orders, even though they have alerted me to the delivery.

I think it is either broken, or just works when you have an account with them for some reason.

I wouldn't worry, things will turn up.

Me too! I just logged in and only the second part of my order is there!!! The first half that was to be delivered first has completely dissappeared and 1 jacket from the 2nd half of order is missing too! I hope I get all my order!!!

Hi,

Don't worry. Just log in and go to the lower part of your user menu where it says 'Balance' - if your order turns up on this page then it has gone through correctly.

i have been having the same problem with orders disappearing from my account screen, contacted cs today and they said it was a problem they were aware of and trying to fix this.
Not overly impressed with the service, ordered 23rd august and was told today parcel will not be arriving till next week, had i known this would not have ordered from them x

I too have no order history, yet I have 2 confirmation emails of my order. I give them a ring and they can see the orders they are having system issues

couldn't resist putting in another order at these prices couldn't use the £5 off again but still got 25% off most expensive item. Ended up with another 4 jumpers, 2 cardigans and a headband for £15.73

It comes of when you go to check out, just click check out or basket and it should show

ahhh i couldnt see mine either until i checked my balance,and seems to be fine thank you !!
