And for that cold - killer toddy recipe follows (and no, it is not one of Igor's creations!)

Take a big mug. Put in a generous slice of lemon. Add a spoonful of honey, a pinch of ground ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Pour on boiling water, stirring well. Add a generous glug of your favourite spirit (rum, whisky, brandy are good). Climb into bed and drink slowly then nighty night. The reason I took the phone into the loo:
I was on my way outside to phone my Mum, but decided to pay a visit to the gal's room on my way. Dashed in, did the needful, and then the phone slipped out of my hand! Talk about wishing you could rewind your life by 10 seconds! That's what I get for multi-tasking!:o

I am feeling a lot better today - I think I was right to give in yesterday! I have a few things to do this morning to get ready for the "off" tomorrow, and then chuck the stuff in the bags!
Weigh in first though, then errands.

Thanks BDINI! And another NSD caught yesterday, so I'm now up to 12 NSDs and 10 NSDs in-a-row! Which must be a personal best for me! Yay! :j However, I'm expecting a spend day either today or tomorrow, so my chocolate mini-roll will be coming to an end very shortly!

I got #9 yesterday,so think I'll raise my target to 12 NSDS please.

I'm now on two weeks holiday.I'm so relieved;the last few weeks have been pretty hard going.I got home last night and went to bed straight away,so feeling a bit refreshed now.

Spend day today.Having my hair cut and a few bits and bobs to buy.

I've managed 2 more NSD's so that brings my total up to 3/10. Not quite as good going as I'd hoped but I'm going to keep plugging away and can hopefully reach my target!!

Hello!

I'm hoping today might be an unexpected NSD. I don't have any money in my purse, and i'm going away for a long weekend to Edinburgh tonight at 7pm, will take crisps/juice for journey and friends are cooking tea for us when we arrive at 9ish. Might have to splash out on a bottle of wine but depends how i'm feeling after the journey!

Oohhh fingers crossed! Everyone is doing so well! I will report back probably Monday, I am at least hoping to grab 1 NSD over the weekend but we have a night out a housewarming and a birthday meal when we are away so who knows!

Just popping in to say that I lost 3lbs today at WW! I am over the moon - that's 14.5lbs - my first stone off before my hols!

Another non-NSD for me today as I am trying my hand at cheesecake (for the wedding reception) and my first attempt didn't work so more experimenting needed and more ingredients - I only spent on stuff I needed for the cheesecakes but still...... There is always tomorrow
