  • A spend day for me today as I needed petrol & I've got to pick up a prescription later. I'm really hoping I can get a NSD tomorrow as I don't think I need to spend anything & I've not got any DDs/SOs due out.

  • Try not to worry about your sleep pattern too much, I’m sure it’s an annoying side effect of your recovery 7 it should be much easier to get back into a routine when you’re a bit more mobile & doing stuff… sleep tight!!

I so empathise re the sleeping.
Hope it sorts itself out soon.
oh dear, sorry about your sleep pattern, the anaesthetic may have something to do with that, it takes a while to work its way through the system properly - that and being immobile as well..... (((hugs))) :A

Thanks all, hoping it just is a mix of anesthetic, painkillers and .. pain:( and that it will get better in the next week or so.

Ended up at a silly time again this morning so gave in and had a nap this afternoon - hopefully I'll manage to be up beyond 8:30 tonight!

Another NSD today - so 16 :D but it's def easier when I'm stuck in the house (even with the temptation of online spending;)).

(((hugs))) to everyone under the weather & hoping you're better soon xx
