Hi all,

I'm in. Thanks to Pigpen and Toots.

I haven't got a lot achieved today. My new neighbour came over last night and we shared a couple of bottles of wine. :eek: I'm such a lightweight when it comes to wine i've been suffering today. :cool: It's not helped by OH ringing me this morning while i was still in bed to say there was a steam train coming through in an hour. I had to get showered and sorted straight away and ended up with a migrane from lack of coffee, breakfast and too much wine last night. The tablets have just about kicked in so instead of the beans on toast we were having for tea it's now bbq chicken drumsticks with roasted veg and potatoes. It smells lush but i think it'll be a late tea.

I had loads i wanted to get done today like the weeding, oh well i'll have to do it tomorrow instead. I've got to find the uniform woman tomorrow. I'm hoping she'll be at the market so i'm going to get there early so i have a chance of getting near her. Then the uniforms will be bought, just the labelling to do then.

I'll sort out a list later.

list update, have just pottered today and really dont know where the day has gone. tomorrow and wednesday are pretty much washouts as got the consultant tomorrow afternoon at the hosp and then got to go to mothercare and costco on wednesday afternoon, so am glad downstairs is still reasonable. the spare room is looking more presentable as have battered through a few more bags of stuff today so only really 1 more to sort out from the spare room which i will do this evening.

Monday ~ Bank Holiday.. - sort out day

Frogs
1. shredding -WIP - thursday job
2. filing - saturday pm and sunday job this week
3. prepare house for winter (list on preping for winter thread)
4. install cat flap
5. change cat details with vet - tuesday pm
6. more curtain things to be added to make them hang better
7. book antenatal apts - to do 3oth august when next at hospital - emailed about the nct ones at start december
8. load all cds on computer and then copy to hard drive and then music magpie the oldies
9. put all dvds onto spreadsheet as bought duplicate today that didnt realise OH had

sorting out stuff

1. chartity shop/clothes bank/shoe bank stuff in babys room thats already sorted
5. tesco carrier bag for life
6. marks carier bag from car
7. tesco bag from car

Hi all

I'm in this week. Have been lurking for a bit.....Tackled 5 frogs-part 2 of loft declutter, arranged travel insurance, reboiled jam that didn't set yesterday, made more jam, changed the shower curtains. Apart from the jam and travel insurance all delegated!

Thanks to thread high command for keeping us all motivated.

My list for today
1) put all clean washing away
2) finish all washing
3) find a place for box thats sat in back hall
4) move bin bags in front hall (probably back to attic) will put suitcase up too
5) clear DD's room of our stuff and anything else that shouldn't be there
6) wipe down kitchen DONE
7) meal plan for week and (maybe do online shop)
8) get fire lit
9) fill log basket
10) hoover right through

Frog list
1) clear DD's old school folder and put new school letters in
2) empty set of drawers, the drawers are going thursday
3) sew button back on DD's jeans
4) get school bags ready DONE
5) find a home for box of hangers
6) cut Rhys's hair
and if i have the time or energy
7) stick a second white coat on bedroom walls

Kids been to the cinema so i took Rhys to get his winter coat..:D at least thats him sorted now. Came home and decluttered a 2 hour kip. I'm gonna go now and take some painkillers (head is thumping) and light the fire, i'll fill the log basket while i'm at it..:)

Need to trot off and write the Frog list. And the Master list of everything that needs to be done.

Okay, I might be being a bit dim here (it's been known!) but do the list of tasks get put up daily, or is there a master list?

Oberon, the lists get put up every evening ready for the next day.

Since my last post i have

Finished cooking tea
Ate said Tea
Cleaned rabbits litter tray out & fed & watered them (need to go & put them to bed in a sec as it's getting dark already :eek:)
Washed up
S&S Kitchen
Ds2 wiped the table
Swept the kitchen & dining room floors
Brought the washing in
Sorted 2 baskets of clean laundry & put it away
Put todays load in the airing cupboard as it was still damp
OH mowed the lawns

OH and Ds2 have gone to see the steam train on it's return journey so when they get back he'll be bathed and put to bed. Then i'll evict the cat that's pretty much moved in and either slob out watching tv or do something more constructive (it'll probably be the 1st one).

Oberon, I was just about to ask that. Keen but bit befuddled! Used to get flyladys emails until they started being digital wallpaper so hoping this way might work better for me.
