*nods understandingly* I know just where you're coming from - my lupus means that every morning starts with a dose of Oramorph, half an hour of persuading the joints to actually move, and a lot of swearing!:D I also find a hot bath the most helpful thing; has to be before Mr LW goes to work, as I can't get out of it without assistance, though.:o

Piggers thanks for an easy day today; I'm going to try and get Mr LW interested in looking at my Toots list- not sure how that'll go, he currently has his nose in the Review section of Saturday's Telegraph!:D

It's Ted's last day with us; he's being collected at 10:30 tomorrow morning, so a few games with him need to be factored in, too.:o

I currently have my feet up  but only while I wait for the cortisone cream the doctor gave me for my feet to finish soaking in, as I don't want to tread it all over the carpet.;)

I did look at the Frog thread, but decided I really can't afford the time to subscribe to another thread, or I'll get nowt done around here.:o

LW good morning. Know what you mean about the frog thread. DH is already complaining about the time I spend on MSE. But I do point out to him that as a result of flying the house looks a lot better, GC has almost halved the grocery bills, Winter thread means we will have everything we didn't have last year when we got snowed in. He shut up after that:j

Thanks LW - nice to know there is a place I can come where people can empathise and appreciate the effort it takes to do the lists or at least try to do them- I wish I could send you extra spoons for the day - enjoy the Bank Hol. X

  • Good morning :D

Ok - first things first - I need to GET OUT OF BED!!! And get in the bath :)
    Then, todays list consists of:
get trainers & PE bag for DS
food shop at Asda (armed with list!!)
sort out pantry cupboard (chuck old stuff :o) - maybe I should do this before shopping?
sort out junk cupboard above pantry - get rid of junk & make room for stuff I might actually use!

I think that is enough for one day :p

    I will update later...

    Welcome to Newbies :hello:

Good morning girlies x and what a gorgeous bank holiday monday it is...yeah, right!!;)

so, i'm back in again this week and hoping to achieve more than i did last week. my main frog for the day is the mountain of clean washing in my bedroom that needs putting away. I'm good at washing drying and folding, but most of the time either DH or the kids are in bed(DH works nights) so I struggle to find the time to get it put away.
my other frog is paperwork, to be done when the kids are in bed, so I can get ofsted registered to be a childminder. Important job if I want to get registered by christmas!

off to take advantage of a friends staff discount at a garden centre in a little while, then going to sisters for a bit of dinner (lunch for you posh uns;)) and our girls can all play together for a bit.

Offering up hugs to all, whether you need them or not:p
