Need a new car but which model???

Hi
It was the 2.2 l diesel exclusive AWD.
The new face lifted model.
It was brand new, not a demo or pre registered, I had to wait for them to be delivered to the UK. Arnold Clark reserved a load of them hence the discounted price. I paid cash, (bank loan) as I was told the vauxhall 0% finanace offer only applies to cars bought at list price.
It doesn't have a huge boot, but it's big enough. Also broadspeed are doing a similar price, but I don't know how their trade ins work.
It's worth a look.
thanks for that, I've been offered a 2WD Eclusive with £3k off list with the 0% deal, just over £17k but also been offered a 'cash' deal of about £15.5k, but when you work out the finance cost with my deposit of 5K its better to pay the £17k0 -
Yeah I could have got the 2 wheel drive cheaper as well, but I don't see the point of buying that type of car and it's not a 4 X 4. I drive 100 miles per day to my work and back. Last winter in the snow I made my work when people living 2 or 3 miles away couldn't get out their streets. Again it's a personal choice. Good luck with your new car.0

Enquired about the Antara and our local dealer can't get hold of them till Dec!!!
Looks like the Santa Fe is the way i'm going then....0 -
The Santa Fe is undoubtedly a great car, bonuses over say a Kuga or Qashqai are the longer warranty and the fact it can be a 7 seater if you spec the extra seats.
I think I'd prefer a Sportage though, mainly as it's a newer model, looks better (imho!) and because the diesel engines have slightly lower running costs.
It's amazing how much choice there is for 4x4s now. Carbuzz lists 33 4x4s within that kind of price range on their car chooser tool.0 -
No one has mentioned the Freelander even though it's around the same price as the Sportage etc. Also consider the Nissan X-Trail or Qashqai since you like the Juke. If you want to be moneysaving and go second hand, and your mileage is low enough (<10,000 per year) buy a petrol X5.0

Boot space is very important, Freelanders is quite small, yep the X-Trail could be a option but not the Qashqai too expensive for the 4WD versions..No one has mentioned the Freelander even though it's around the same price as the Sportage etc. Also consider the Nissan X-Trail or Qashqai since you like the Juke. Just thought I would add that the Kia Sorento is also worth a look.
Basically the same car as the Santa Fe but it has a 7 year warranty. We are going to buy either a Sorento or Santa Fe in the next few months.0 -
Well i've plumped for a Hyundai Santa Fe Premium 5 Seater in White, getting a great deal via Carquake so hopefully shouldn't have to wait for months as after speaking to a few Hyundai dealers they seem quite easy to locate.0
