I don't think you need to apologise as there's no fault for Richersounds but it's good of you to do so anyway.

I have had decent service from Richer Sounds in the past, though they aren't as cheap as they used to be. I think the web has made the margins on some electrical stuff pretty thin these days.

My main complaint is that they frequently advertise stuff on their web site as a mega bargain but 'Instore Only'. Then you ring a few branches to find the shops don't have the item in stock - or if they do they are B graded. Or if you go in and it's not available, they try to up-sell you something else, which is annoying and makes you feel like you have been got there under false pretences.

It makes RC look cheaper than they are. They are getting as bad as Argos for promoting stuff they don't have.
