No, it's not combofix.

Delete the file you have in the downloads folder and any shortcuts you have made. Re-download the file and then just double click it to run it.

Do you know the path/file that was detected? It should be in the scan logs. Generic detections can be prone to false positives.

Ok I have tried that before it didn't work, I am accessing the download via documents, then clicking on downloads, is this right?
