Hi everyone
First, let me say thank you again to all of you, and I "think" I've tapped the thanks button on all your volunteer posts up to this date and also your new index threads. If I've missed you I'm sorry, I'm not ignoring you or only thanking favourites or anything like that - I'm just a bit disorganised in places because so much is happening at once. So I will catch up with you eventually.
So... to the housekeeping:-
If your thread is in bold on the confirmed list:It should link now directly to your new index page if you have created it. If it doesn't, please PM me with the correct link and I'll change it.If you have started to add links to your index:Please post into this thread to say so (not PM's 'cos our inboxes are overloaded) thanks. If you're in the wrong list:
This is because as soon as you start, your index will be more useful than the relevant section of the MEGA Index and I will then bin the links in there and put a single link in pointing to yours. It doesn't matter how untidy or infinished your index is - its still better than the MEGA.
Pink, bless her cotton socks, will move you from "confirmed" to a new "building" list when she gets the time. Please post in here and we'll get you sorted out.
If you haven't chosen an index yet:We deliberately haven't assigned indexes to volunteers because we'd very much prefer that you pick a subject, either new or existing, that you have some interest in. We don't ever want this to become a chore, and if you are working on a subject that you like this is much less likely to happen.Gingham, Pink and squeaky
That said, if you'd still like to help and you really don't mind what you cover - then please just pick one from the hit list.
If there's nothing in there that you are remotely interested in, there are still sections of the MEGA plus others of the indexed collection available - but you'll need to cross check the lists in post #1 and #22Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Hi all
Pink has been ahving computer problems and so hasn't been able to answer PM's.
If you sent her a PM about indexing could you please forward them to me (check your sent box then click on the "Forward" button in the bottom right corner) and I'll see what I can do.
If I get time today I'll sort the list out for a "Building now - new links added" section.
Please remember to post in here if you've added new links to your index since it was first started.
