Thank you Aesop - hopefully signature will show now! :j

    yay :j signature showing :)
  • I'm doing terribly at this challenge! :o

Have been surveying away like mad, but am new to all the sites so haven't accumulated enough to cash in anywhere yet and don't want to count it until I do. Have also been collecting the spud points (thank you Aesop!) but am currently stuck at 400-odd. Have listed 7 items on ebay (baby steps! Thanks fairyclicks for your advice) but won't know if I've made anything on them til next week.

Am thinking about signing up to do mystery shopping, so I'll investigate that a bit more tomorrow.

Ooooh, need to send letters off to see if I can get back any credit card charges, am quite hopeful about that one but don't suppose it'll be quick. Need to dig out the paperwork and investigate whether I ever paid PPI on anything too.

Have got about £90 worth of cashback sitting as claims on Quidco because none of it's tracked, funnily enough all the tiny amounts have tracked just fine . Have signed up to TCB to see if that works any better for me.

And I haven't saved anything on my shopping because I haven't done any! :A

Hopefully some of this will start to pay off before the end of the month and I'll have something else to add to the pot......... :D:D

Going well so far here... I know some people don't count surveys etc til they cash in their points etc...but what the hell I'll live optimistically and add the lot to my total...I'll bust skulls later on when/if the money doesn't materialise :D

total stands at £144.06 will update sig in morning am shattered....busy day organising mystery shops, doing surveys, daily clicks, parcelled up my singular ebay item..and did some tidying so I can put more than 1 item on ebay next time I find the motivation :)

Good look with goals today ladies x

Well done sparklysaver! Thats a lot to achieve in just a few days of the challenge - it does take a little time to get to cashout on most of the survey sites but when you get there its just a brilliant feeling :)

There are a couple of sites i would recommend that pay out quite quickly so will pm you the links as i don't think i'm allowed to post them on the forum - if anyone else wants them just shout :) the money will start coming in, just hold on in there ;)

Morning all. Slow at the moment but have £2.67 to add from Amazonia. Waiting for ebay to hit my bank but won't add until it does.

Misskaytee don't be too hard on yourself. You have done so well and have inspired so many on here.

Be proud of the success you have achieved, put your tiny little mistake away and forget about it. You are doing so well and you were aware of what triggered it. Stop beating yourself up and start listing:D

    God bless

Morning all, Again thank you all for your replies and support :T
looking back on yesterday it wasn't all bad :o
i was actually out and about because i was going to the bank,
i was replacing £80 i had borrowed from myself over the weekend, and chucked in an extra £20 while i was there, so actually paid in £100.
also stashed £15 change into my padders pot at home :)

If your not PADDING yet, i suggest you sign up now! along with this challenge its the thing thats really helping me sort out my debts :D

Will edit to add link when i can find it :) Here it is https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3331028

    My plan.
    • Look into selling my car, its not worth much maybe £800, but it costs a fortune to run and insure because its so big ~ we call her Big Bertha. Off loading her and getting a smaller banger would be really help, but would anyone want her?? :o
    • I had the mad ebay push over free listings, which is great, but ive lost my old routine with it a little since the kids have been off, at one point i had listings ending everyday of the week, so im planning on listing at least 5 items a day.
    • Im a smoker :( just another of my addictions!! i have a kitchen cupboard full of patches, inhalators, gum, mints anyone would think im a newleaf advisor! Anyway, im going to start by cutting my smoking down, i have 25g of tabacco left then im not buying anymore. :D
    • The nico replacements i have i will sell on ebay, and join newleaf for a one off £7.20 and get mine from them each week, FOR FREE! :D
    • I will save £3 each day, this is not even the cost of a pack of 10 ciggies, usually buy at least a pack of ten a day, and the baccy is just smoked while at home, ciggies for on the move.
Im not going to up my target by £40 to replace that £40 i wasted gambling yesterday, Im upping my target by double so aiming for £600, £20 a day ~ Wish me luck!!

£15 to add from a buy it now sale last night.
plus my 1st £3 NSF No smoking fund :D
