Haha I love that billywhizz!
I have cleared out the "pantry" (floor to ceiling corner cupboard in the kitchen) today, and restacked all the tons of storecupboard groceries that were all jumbled up in there.
I really need to have another go at the storeroom (sort of under the stairs). I have no garage so this is where my bike, lawnmower, tins of paint, gardening gear, tools, toolbox, and assorted odds and sodds live. It's not as bad as it was a year or so ago, but it still needs doing... like your garage, jammy, it's an assault course just to get something out of there!
well jpscloud my kitchen cupboards will be my next summit to climb ....for another day though
i hate how the plastic tubs and "click" boxes somehow have a life of their own , and quickly become a jumble they loose their lids ...where o where they go I often cannot find a partner for the right box grrrr drives me mad
and as for my growing store of tins and packets again will have to tackle it along with the dreaded "under the sink ..." as i say another day
have a grand evening folks whatever you are up to

Booked an appointment that I'd put off for ages...... um about a year! So treated myself to a new phone which I'd also put off for ages, so a treat/frog.
Hope everyone is getting their FROGS doneDeclutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

I have a FROG...
It's a big one. Needs dealing with soon. More than soon.
A couple of months ago I put together a small garden shed to keep my mobility scooter in, knowing full well that the doorway would need modifying. It took me a week to assemble the shed and by the end of it I was paying the price physically and had to take quite a while off before starting the changes.
Knowing full well that I'm gonna pay for it when done - I'm avoiding it. But I really need to get my scooter under proper cover before winter sets in.
So... here I am saying out loud what needs doing and what my problem with it is.

I was thinking I'd get nagged in a few days - not a few minutes!Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Yeah but I've got a memory like a sieve so thought I'd do it before I forgot
As you may have noticed on my little thread I am tackling one of the frogs on my list prepping a recipe book for my friend. I say book it will actually be a ring binder with plastic wallets so I can type out and print the list I've compiled and add to it as the need arises. I will be asking her for some input on what she'd like included but I need to make a start on my initial list first.
OK had better get on with it and get off MSEI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Well I still haven't mended my little frog but I have finished a big one. I have been filling in a bursary form with my son. It has taken since 9 am.:eek:and we have only just finished.
Yesterday I finished off another big frog when I put the final stitch in the suit I have made for my daughter for school. I just have to give it a press and it is finally finished.Next time I say I am going to make DD a suit remind me this one took me forever. I imagined a nice little neat suit, no collar or lapel just a nice little rounded neck, plain set in sleeves with a plain skirt. Madam had other ideas and picked the most complicated pattern she could find. The jacket has a collar and lapel, an inverted pleat at the hem each side, pleats at the top of the sleeves and the skirt has inverted pleats all along the back panel at the hem. To complicate things she is only a tiny five foot but has a good sized bust. I had to alter the pattern to get it to fit. I am really glad it is finished and actually quite pleased with it. My son laughed about how tiny it looks compared to his and his brothers suits. She is transferring to a sixth form in the boys school so she is going to look really teeny against all those strapping lads.
Now I need to write a list of all the other frogs I need to do.0 -
the suit you made rosalie-lavendar sounds wonderful how clever of you
