My daughter & partner's car was nicked and burned out on New Year's Eve. Apparently in South Cardiff the local yobs nick over 2,500 cars a year in the same way. They get off with no punishment yet my daughter tells me that one Cardiff citizen got fined £200 for putting an envelope in his plastics recycling bin. We seem to be living in a world where the ordinary person is watched like a hawk and penalised for the slightest infringement yet the real villains get away with all sorts.0
