    I was able to put the code in.... strange... I'll update you all in the next few days. If it doesn't work then I haven't lost anything.:)

    Just trying to buy the ticket, it is showing full ticket ammount, does the total change after I have typed my banks password?

    I was just wondering, I've booked a ticket for tomorrow using my voucher but it says for ticket collection at the self service machine that I'll need my credit/debit card, but I wasn't asked for my card details.

    Is there an option on the self service machines to just enter a reference number?

    Just put in any Credit or Debit card and then you put in your ref number.

    Thanks so much for posting this, I'd given up hope as had no email but just logged in and saw I've got the credit. Excellent :)
