  • I came across this thread earlier, as I too had placed an order on 12/04/12 with no sign of it being delivered. The website is down and the Customer Service no is no longer active.

    I called my credit card, and they said I need to wait 30 days from the transaction date before I can claim it back off them unless the company officially announces they are bust before then.

    I've just found out that the Administrators think there will be a payout, if you call Sandie at Portland on 01489 550 440 they will tell you what to do to claim.

    That forum is madness - how can any brand that has sustained 4 Administrations and 3 liquidations in 3 years be 'going strong'.

    How any of their Consultants have any faith left in the management is beyond me!

    Unfortunately I'm not reassured as I paid for an order on the Vie site on the 24 March and have never received it! Also the website is not available due to 'a quick makeover' but I no longer get replies to emails and the phone line seems to have been disconnected!!

    Have you called the administrator?

    01489 550 440, you need to speak to Sandie who will tell you whats going on and if you can expect your order or if you need to claim...

    It still sounds fairly positive on netmums. I really hope the consultants are told whats going on very soon and orders and monies are sorted out. I know people tend to be loyal to the Company they are with but something like this happens if they don't keep people informed promptly it can do a lot of damage.
