Did everyone get a phonecall before they received their vouchers or did they just turn up?

    Thanks :)

How does it work with the credit? I've had a quick look and it looks like you just put in the code and can then choose something else? But as you don't log in how to you get the extra credit back? Just want to know whether I should only exchange for something of equal value or can just go for smaller things...

    Hi BM,

They have sent me an email confirming the purchase of the tour and below that is a new number and pincode for the remaining £150.00 to be used as I like!

I emailed them yesterday to ask if I could combine a few vouchers for one more expensive experience and have just had the following reply -

    Thanks for your email.
If you log into https://www.buyagift.com/activate using one of your voucher details and then scroll to the bottom of the map you will see the 'exchange' button. Clicking on this will take you through to our exchange site.
If you look to the right hand side of the page that displays you will see a box that allows you to add other vouchers - essentially allowing you to combine their value to exchange for an experience greater in price.
I hope that this is helpful, let me know if you have any further queries.

I would love to have a day out on the Orient Express and it looks like I'll be able to:)

Mine just turned up yesterday. I hadn't heard from Pepsi since the initial phonecall back in July. HTH.

Not received mine yet... ....can I ask what the value of 1 win is, I know it is for 3 people but I think some of the posts are from peeps that have won more than once, getting confused...was told I def could not change by Pepsi . But it appears buyagift will allow it...is that right? Can they just be exchanged for expereinces or for any of the things on there?TIA

You get 3 individual vouchers for each win, the value depends on the experience you chose eg the Survival weekend is £195 per voucher so £585 for 3 people (one win).
As far as I can tell you can exchange them for anything to that value on their site. I won a voucher with them from the Alpen comp last year for a hotel stay but was able to change it for Zorbing for 2 and an afternoon tea experience, these vouchers appear to be exactly the same.

Thanks for your reply, thats so good to hear, makes it a very good win for me...will def change mine for things to do in London as I'm staying in Surrey at my son's house for 10 days and it's only 45 min train ride into Waterloo....think afternoon tea at Harrods and a river cruise would be very nice...or the London Eye and river cruise with lunch , or dinner and a show .....blimey , I'll be spoilt for choice !!!!Hope mine come tomorrow.....
