Same here...won ages ago too, got the WEM advising me to keep my phone switched on and with me at all times,but no follow up phone call yet.... have asked twice on FB and told they will def be getting in touch as they've had loads of winners,but still waiting.

I posted on their facebook wall a few days ago and they said once again that they will look into it, but have heard nothing more.
There are lots of posts from people in the same boat, I don't believe that anyone has actually received anything.

Its over 2 months now since my first win, I'm not sure how long to leave it before taking it further.

No calls here either, posted to fb and emailed and no responces either, will call Britvic later on today.

finally got the call last Tuesday after repeated requests on their FB page....was congratulated , confirmed my details and said would post the stuff to me that day...over a week later and nothing has arrived!!!!

My OH is still waiting confirmation call for one win in August, I won in July and had conf win very quickly but still no prizes at all - perhaps if Kitty called Britvic you could let us know any updates?

It really is quite poor from such a large company.

Called, they are going to call back this afternoon, it's the 3rd time I have called regarding this, they confimed that all my details were passed over to the promotions team and were confused that I haven't had a call back yet, I did mention that there were a few people saying the same thing.

It's buya gift that are sending the vouchers out but the promotions team have to call first??

Will update when I hear anything else. xx

Not too happy with the prize now anyway...T&C's stated the Monster Truck was available in Leicestershire or Sussex....wanted Leicestershire as Sussex miles away and would never want to go that far, I'm in the Midlands...now it seems it's not available in Leicestershire....check out the ' buyagift' website def says West Sussex only.....Monster Truck was a popular choice, anyone else been caught out like this...?

Thanks for PM;s...have checked the buyagift website and it now seems you can exchange your vouchers for other things, meaning they are not specific to the prize you opted for on the Pepsi site...hope this is the case...but have to say I am getting worried that so many people have not received anything at all from buyagift....has anyone received anything? It's not being handled very well is it?
