Just called the number and was told they had no idea there was a problem as I was the first to call....lol.......I spoke to a very pleasant young lady called Katy who said she will look into it and call me tomorrow...she said buyagift should have sent out the vouchers by now...I asked her to find out why Leicestershire for Monster Truck Driving was no longer and option whilst she as at it.....I told her there were a number of people posting on ' a forum' that they too had not been contacted and she was very surprised, so I suggest everyone calls the number given by Surfermom..... Britvic careline 0800 0321767 and lets them know the situation.

Also called and spoke to a lovely lady called Christa, they are not aware of the delay and thought that things were starting to be fullfilled, she was SO nice, and is going to look into it and call me when she has an update. It seems they were aware of a delay with the 3rd party but thought that all wins prior to august had been sent out - will update when I hear.

What do you reckon the prize is worth? Monster Truck Driving on the buyagift site is £210 , but the T&C's of the prize states it is for 3 people...so do you think it is £630 ?? If so I wouldn't mind swapping it for some of the 'gift' ideas ' stuff they are offering...hampers, etc...this is what it says on the site

Free exchanges - 100% flexible vouchers

Not sure which experience they would prefer? You no longer have to worry
    - All experiences are 100% exchangeable – for free!
    - You can exchange your voucher as many times as you like – for free!

I think it mean that you share the Monster Truck day with 2 other people, so you end up with say 45 mins driving in total but can spend 3-4 hours there iygwim lol

Well just called again, as no return call. Spoke with Krista this time, she has said that they have passed these complaints onto head office as there are many people in the same situation. Head office are now trying to contact the promo team to find out what's going on as the promo team aren't returning calls to the customer care team. lol

  • I spoke to Krista last week and she rang me back the next day. She told me that they were aware of the unacceptable delay, which was due to a 3rd party company. She said she had been advised that all prizes would be being sent out on 9th and that we should receive no later than the beginning of this week

Obviously we didn't but I think the people on the customer care line are just passing on what they are being told
    08 wins £3000+ :j09 wins £4408:j2010 (6 months off) £2004:j2011 £10,003 :j 2012 - £6013 :j2013 wins £8500 :j 2014 £5530 so far....

Not too happy with the prize now anyway...T&C's stated the Monster Truck was available in Leicestershire or Sussex....wanted Leicestershire as Sussex miles away and would never want to go that far, I'm in the Midlands...now it seems it's not available in Leicestershire....check out the ' buyagift' website def says West Sussex only.....Monster Truck was a popular choice, anyone else been caught out like this...?

Thanks for PM;s...have checked the buyagift website and it now seems you can exchange your vouchers for other things, meaning they are not specific to the prize you opted for on the Pepsi site...hope this is the case...but have to say I am getting worried that so many people have not received anything at all from buyagift....has anyone received anything? It's not being handled very well is it?

Hope you can swap them as sussex waaaaay too far! I was wondering the same about the powerboat prize as sure it said london or southampton on pepsi but Buy a gift just showed Southampton last time i looked

Two wins, two phone calls, no prize :(
    2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
    2013: £134.96

    Hi All,

Just had an update from Christa - apparently there was a problem with prizes won before 16th July - but thats all sorted now and these prizes will be sent out from next wednesday and may then take 6 days to arrive. All prizes won after 16th July should be being despatched today - again can take up to 6 days or so - so hopefully prizes should start to land next week - hope this helps x
