Just spoken with Katy again, feel sorry for the careline team tbh, they were assured that our prizes would have been despatched/received by now. Awaitning a call back for an update. x

Well after being given 3 separate promises that my prize would be dispatched and received within a specified time (and being disappointed each time when the prize failed to materialise), I have now contacted the IPM and asked them to investigate on my behalf.

If anyone else wants to do the same, I emailed complaints@theipm.org.uk - someone got back to me very quickly to provide me with confirmation of receipt and a ref no

It certainly sounds like they are having difficulites fulfilling these prizes, maybe they could offer an alternative instead - still waiting here..

Well the call back didn't happen, so it looks like I will be calling again tomorrow. Too many stories coming out of Pepsi/Britvic to believe. If no joy tomorrow I will email the ipm too. x

Had the call from Pepsi and have swapped Monster Truck for tanks and military vehicles....at Leicestershire venue....still for 3 people ...no changing for anything else offered....

They left a voicemail on my phone yesterday afternoon saying that the still can't get any info trom the promotions team, and when they do thry will call back???

Had a call back today, aparently my prizes were sent out on the 21st, but as I haven't received them they are sending them again. I would have thought that if the prizes were sent out someone would have mentioned it by now, looks like another weeks wait. x
