Yes it seems ok to me, depends what you want an outcome to be, i take it you dont want a job there after this but want to bring it to they're attention.0

If they offered me a job it'd be 'thanks but no thanks!' I just want them to be aware of the fact that their staff are interviewing (if you can call it that) in this manner.0

wise decision, yes it seems ok to me but im not a total expert in writing letters so there could be something to add/change.0 -
Do you think this is ok?
On Wednesday 24th August I was invited for an interview at the New Ollerton store for the position of part time retail assistant.
My interview time was 11.20am. I arrived at 11.15 and was 'told off' for being too early. After a lot of mumbling from the lady who interviewed me (I believe her name was Michelle, she never formally introduced herself), I was led through to the office.
My interview started with Michelle informing me that she was 'brain dead' and didn't know what she was meant to ask me.
After her rubbing her head for a few minutes she went on to tell me a little about the store.
The only question I was asked throughout the entire interview was if I could work until 8pm, which I said yes.
Michelle seemed to have no idea about the job.
She didn't know what the hours were, the start date, or even the rates of pay! No notes were taken, and she seemed less than interested in gaining any knowledge about me or my capabilities at all.
After less than five minutes I was told the interview was over and I would hear in due course.
I do not believe this to be a fair interview. Michelle was clearly not trained to conduct an interview.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint. I'm sure you can appreciate that in the current climate, it's quite difficult to even obtain an interview at all, but then to have it conducted in such a way is appalling, especially from a large retailer such as yourselves.
I hope to hear back from you soon regarding this matter.
Rachel
IMHO opinion this is a good letter so send it! If nothing else you will feel better having got it off your chest, so to speak, and with any luck this dimwit Michelle will get a visit from her manager!!0 -
Although i wouldn't be naming the interviewer company and branch on an internet forum
I would edit your post to remove identifying details
Good luck with your complaint tho0 -
