Paddy Power on Quidco is pretty good too xMFW #185

I've paid £5 into my youngest son's child trust fund account using Nectar points!
Also received a free Virgin sim card and registered it today so have £7 free credit in total. (I've used £5 of it to buy a Splash card through Quidco for the £10 cashback that I should get!) :cool:0 -
Saved £40 on a case of wine from Virgin Wines
Made all of 70p on ebay! :rotfl:
Gave 50p to Children in Need with no spend by getting my Mum to sign up for Martin's money tips email!
Gained 50p on a Lottery instant win online. I had 50p in 'token balance' in my online account and £4.50 in cash balance but need £5 to withdraw.
I didn't want the hassle of having to add more cash to withdraw it again so played an instant win for £1 and won...£1! It still leaves me 50p up and I can now withdraw my money. (Although I'm going to leave it in there until my Quidco cashback is paid!)0 -
On a more serious note... did a £10 GrassRoots mystery shop this week and last week free movie preview worth £6.50 and also Orange Wednesday freebie worth another £6.50. Plus a £10 Pigsback voucher.
Wish I could earn £33.00 that easily every week!
Not just that but I saved £60.00 on the Boots Protect & Perfect serum (normal RRP £99) - it was half price for a little while (£49) plus I got £10 off with an online Boots code. So £39 instead of £99 and it will last me all of 2008 - fantastic. Also I got Quidco cashback and Advantage card points and Egg Money cashback on it - prob another £3 or £4 off there.
So even dissaolowing the huge £50 saving on the serum, I still managed to save £43.00 last week.MFW #185

At the weekend, I used the 20% off New Look voucher from this site - saved £4.60 as I resisted the temptation to spend loads just because I'd got a discount!
I also passed the voucher back to the person waiting behind me in the queue to spread good moneysaving karma!
I got a £10 Tesco voucher from Valued Opinions today. :j
Also stocked up on nappies at Boots today whilst the 3 for 2 offer is still on. Saved £8.96 on a jumbo pack of Huggies and also used £3 worth of Huggies vouchers.
(I actually paid for the lot in Boots vouchers saved up from Pigsback but I've already counted them in my diary!) Had a bonus points coupon so walked away with over 600 points from that shop too!0 -
Hi jo_b is the 3 for 2 offer on Huggies still on in Boots? If so let me know as I will let my brother know for my 3 nieces xMFW #185

Just noticed that the start of my thread has been restored after the forum glitch the other week! :j
Yesterday, I sold a book on Amazon - first for ages - netting me £4 after fees and postage etc.
Today's been good so far. Postie's just been and left:
£10 Pigsback voucher
£24.53 cheque from Globaltestmarket.
£2.24 cheque from Betty's Try Me Free offer
It's my birthday today too :j and as well as lovely presents and vouchers from family and friends, I've had my 50 bonus piggypoints from Pigsback too! :cool:0 -
Happy Birthday, jo_b:beer: .
Sounds like you had some good things in the post. I hope there were no bills to spoil your day!0
