• Hi everyone,
Just came through my door and found one of the same missed parcel card, I like many others rang the company to see what is it about. After getting off the phone i checked HFO on the internet and came acroos the many post here, After which I immediately called them and request that the parcel be cancelled and my details removed from their system and if i got any calls I would ring the police and get other organisations involved. They claimed it has been cancelled. We'll see. Thanks for the post here and advice.

I am not sure but from what i have been told the Company is related to the Mobile Phone Company 3. This infomation is from a database that is not veiwable on the internet so you have to trust me on this one.
I alike all of you recived this card from the company and one of the members of my faimly made he mistake of calling the phone number. I am still to recive any phone calls but these are erly days and i and not prepeared to answer the phone to anybody that does not want to give me a real 24/7 phone number that is based in the uk.
I would advise that any body that recives one of these post cards disgaurds it as there is not way out of the so called scam as the postal companyalso own a legal company that im sure will do all in their will to drain your pockets and fill yours.
• I have received on of these cards, though it looked dodgy so after a search I found this thread and this on the bbc

I emailed enquiries@firstdirectlogistics.com asking where my local depot was... giving them no details of course..
• ive just got home and also had one of these cards.... i did ring but i was put in a queue so i thought hmmmm check it out 1st so i put the phone down! luckily :)

i would also like to add that i also have outstanding debts to the mobile phone company 3.....

so it seems to me that it has definatly got something to do with the 3 mobile company.....

as for me paying the bill...... they can sing for their money as i had nothing but problems with the contract thet i had with 3.
• I'm a student in Nottinham and got this card through the post. They are indeed spammers who gain money from passing your details on. Have spent the last hour prank calling them.

I also got a card today and I had a 3 contract back in 2003 which I ended due to no reception etc, I can,t understand how this company is allowed to get away with dealing like this .What a sly scheming way to try to get money for a service that was never recieved my phone was always losing reception and I complained to 3 over the phone and at the 3 shop in town so they never delivered on there part of the contract so how can they expect to be paid.
• I just received a letter from them this morning saying the same thing... The thing is its NOT under my name, however I do know the person who it really is addressed to, but it's someone I know that bought a mobile using my house and didnt pay the bill!!

Just out of curiosity I googled it first, what was confusing to me is I was awake from 6am and heard the post come; I was waiting for someone to come and do repairs on our house but no-one knocked... Exen more unusual I noticed the "we called but missed you" note was post-marked... Why oh why would they have a postage paid stamp on it if they ticked the box sorry, we missed you?!? (Alarm bells ringing loud). So it's a sorry the postman missed you but he didnt leave the royal mail slip, instead he must have told us and we posted you a note saying we missed you??? I think NOT!

Ok, you gotta give it to them thats an all time low dastardly trick!

So now I know the truth about who they are amd what they are trying I feel sorry for all you others they have tricked into calling them so for you guys please take pleasure in knowing I'm going to give them a few things to think about...

If you google "call me back" there are all sorts of sites that you can just plug their number in and write a little story and hey presto, you get some telemarketer to call them up giving them hassle just for you... (don't be too mean with these tools please)... even though it gives a certain level of satisfaction...

my faverite is this one:- http://www.binder.co.uk/index_16509.htm

Its a company that sells sewage solutions to companies... :rotfl: gonna have a long hard think about this and see if I can find anything else interesting to throw at them.. The beauty about this way is you will know that they will be getting the harrasing calls, NOT you; better yet, you hardly need to lift a finger... (even though it gives a certain level of satisfaction)..

If anyone have any other ideas I can use to have fun with these lowlife tricksters please let me know :-P
