after my earlier post saying that I spoke to my local store who confirmed that they had put a chiminea and bbq aside for me, went to pick them up this morning and whaddayaknow, they were nowhere to be seen - clearly the[STRIKE] idiot [/STRIKE]person i spoke to didn't reserve them for me at all!! :mad: the staff were also moaning and groaning about the reserve and collect system, they should try using it then they'd have something to moan about!:mad:

there absouletly rubbish i felt for the women on the till though.
There excuse was they had a massive backlog and had not phoned me even though the shop was empty and i even gave them a extra hour.

Reserved a Robson bbq and an aruba sunlounger. Got call saying could not reserve clearance even after e;mail confirming. Fume.

I ordered 2 to be collected today, tried to ring yesterday to confirm and was cut off 3 times when being put through. Went to the store about 1 hour ago fully expecting to be disappointed and there they were waiting for me. Mum and Dad very pleased with their gift and I've wanted one for ages. Well done B+Q Blackburn!!

I have to say I have found the staff in various stores very helpful today. I made various click and collect orders yesterday and did have a lot cancelled but after visiting a few stores today and collecting some orders have managed to get Robson BBQ, Sunlounger, Chimnea, 2 kites, wine glasses, tumblers, plastic spotty cups, garden candles, 2 man tent set, placemats, skewers, bbq tool set, salad bowls and some logs for the chimnea which were reduced to £1 and were 3 for 2. Very very pleased - thank you B&Q :beer:

I walked in to b+q nd got one of these yesterday, so they are still about.
