I emailed it to the original buyer, case opened/closed, sold it again and emailed it to the 2nd buyer and he said it was already used

Why? Listing is closed, and I'm naming and shaming the buyer since he is a liar and a fraudster

because you don't know if he or the 2nd buyer was the 'liar and fraudster'

I would remove it as it gives your Ebay Indentity . Auction wreaking is not unheard of.

Its not that hard to see the "collecton only" on the listing, people are just idiots for not reading the listings correctly.

a word to the wise, emailing codes, whilst it's quicker, leaves you wide open to chargebacks and inr's

It depends on the item. Sometimes people list items as "collection only" because they assume it would be too expensive to post, without actually checking the cost first. Or it's in a category that has capped postage and the item will cost more than that to send. The delivery cost may be high but if your're the only bidder, it might be a bargain! I've had items posted to me that were described as "collection only" or "USA only" etc. I can't see any harm in asking...

Ebay is indeed full of 'special folk' I had a women bid on a set of darts I was selling, she come straight in on the first day (or a 7 day auction) and her bid was the winning bid after 7 days, she then emailed me when the auction ended and said she now doesn't want the darts .... so annoying, unfotunatly ebay will side with the buyer on most issues.
