I think a few of us know what you mean, I daren't even go down the meat ailses, in case I find something I cant fit in my freezers.....Ive already bought an extra chest freezer to take last years misprices..........and borrowed space elsewhere.Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

I am fairly sure this has gone down again, I have been watching the yoyo-ing price on this since it went on my DS2's xmas list in November. It started at £24.xx, I waited till nearer xmas then bought it....then it went down in price!
So I did what I do with most of Tesco's yoyo prices, I bought it again and returned the original to get the highest price back (my nearest extra doesn't have a problem with unplayed games returned unsealed - after all they sell them that way!).
Anyhoo, I see that the price has now been up and down again in January (if it had gone significantly lower I would have bought it for a third time and claimed an xmas gift refund on the £17.xx receipt, but it wasn't to be).
I agree with weave, I do feel a bit sorry for the staff sometimes, especially with those daft price changes of a couple of pence, for a week, then it's back to the original price again....but that's how many R&Rs arise so I'm not complaining!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Tesco Direct is the equivalent of, say, Argos - all sorts of stuff.
On line home delivery is picked from your local Dot Com store and prices should match those in store. Delivered from the store on a Dot Com van.
Tesco Extra is for mail order above the customs threshold (£18?).
Tesco Jersey is for items under the customs threshold.
What's the point? Make more money and offer better prices. Same as any other business model.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

thanks for the info
tesco extra is that from off shore and should we pay excise on that if we order it
cheers0 -

No - My understanding is Extra is on-shore. Jersey covers off the under the limit stuff. There is no duty to pay on anything from Extra...likewise no duty with Jersey as it only sells items under the threshold.Who or what was I before you came in to my life
