So unsubstantiated now equates to untrue? My total from a Tesco point of view is the wrong side of £40k, can I prove it? Yes, will I? No, why should I? Anecdotal of course, maybe I'm just a blaggard and mudslinger, maybe I'm genuine, the fact is you don't know anymore than any of the other posters on here and can only suppose what may be fact or fiction. I also have bolox which I am unprepared to substantiate if you don't believe that will they disappear in my sleep tonight?

Ooo you are now entering the world of fantasy!!

    £40,000 of mis-charges!!!!

Do you really understand what you are saying???

Say the mis-price level was 10% of value, (a really high level but let's run with it.)

That means you would have been mis-priced on £400,000 worth of purchases through Tesco.

A very full budget for weekly shopping at tesco would be £200 per week, (all single parents and pensioners are now saying "I WISH!!")

So, do the math - £400,000 of spend divided by £200 per week means that you will have been overcharged on a regular basis for the past 38 years. That shows an incredible level of loyalty to Tesco, as they shaft you week in, week out!!!!:p

Was there on Sunday and old board was up.

Reports say 26th is the policy change date. Anyone spoke to HO on the real line on this?

I beleive the official line is that it does not change until 26th, 2 MSErs phoned one was told that r&r policy is suspended and that the new policy starts 26th so no policy at the mo and then the second person who phoned was told that r&r is still policy until 26th. Clear as mud.

We can argue the point to death, but the fact remains: the sheer naked greed of a few people on MSE have caused the withdrawal of a good consumer benefit.

Well, a few of us might agree with that actually..........if i can get a few to thank me for this(indicating they agree) will you please !!!!!! about it.

Where do you get this 10% of value crap from? Sometimes my shop is ONLY an R&R that'll be 100% of value!?

Without giving too much away, I dont think ben said they were misprices only.

From my limited visits to MrT I can well see totals like this being very possible.

Is it my imagination or are the ones who have completely lost the plot since the telegraph article are the 'pro Tesco' posters?

And as for today ... well one could almost believe there was an office somewhere containing a select few Tesco staff.

By sheer coincindence its the same office that gets instant notification of this afternoons £3799 TV R&Rs.

Extremely annoyed that, despite their assurances to Sir T that their approach had cured the problem, the scale of the problem just kept growing they decide to log on and flap away at the keyboard determined to remove their enemies resources at all costs.

Of course not!!! The mutual ego-masturbation of giving "thanks" to each other is becoming bizarre - particularly in this thread.

Review the posts and the "thanks" given and it becomes clear that the "thanks" concept within this thread has become ridiculous!!!
