As both.
I do not find the offer confusing myself - If you are charged more, you get double that difference back. End of. However, I do appreciate that there will be many looking to exploit any loophole.Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
From what I can gather about it, it is merely another deliberately ambiguous representation by Mr T they just like to drop the front end in the !!!!!!, keep em too busy arguing with the customer to notice how small the wage packet and how large the workload.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

Yeah I was just passing the time really ....Odd_Fellow wrote:I think you're getting hung up on terminology. It's not a question of whether there is a "correct" price or not. It's a question of being charged the lowest price advertised or advised, however this occurs. To suggest there is a correct price leads rise to the debate that has already happened here.
When at a CSD, you want to avoid such a debate. It's black and white at the CSD - was the lowest advertised price charged or not?
With the current policy I'm sure you're right!
Could be scope to have some fun with the new policy though.;)0 -

Probably didn't word it very well ......Odd_Fellow wrote:opps - pressed thanks by mistake - sorry/.
To clarify this;
£100 court claim would be Small Claims - almost certainly unless there are exceptional circumstanced that would need to push it onto fast-track or multi-track. Small Claims courts rarely allow for compensation figures to be added to claims - the whole essence of SC is to make it simple for a plaintif to take a defendant to court.
What you can claim is: Your Court Fee, any Allocation Hearing Fee and Interest at 8%. It is highly unlikely that an award for costs would be lodged in small claims.
I'm not at all sure I follow the rest of the posting.
With small claims some expenses can be claimed, I shouldn't have refered to them as compensation.
The point I was trying to make was that if because of an error you are legally entitled to a sum of money eg £100 and you are then entitled to a further £25 to compensate you for your time & expense then you get £125.
You're not told "Ohh well you've got £100, thats more than £25 so we'll just say the £25 is part of the £100 and call it quits"
Hope that makes a bit more sense.0 -
