Just when you think they can't get any greedier on ebay they are now using affiliate links to mobile phone retailers.
The one I clicked on sent me to mobiles.co.uk and having bought a phone from them before I know they send you a £50 cheque each time you refer someone to the site who signs up for a contract with them.
This is against ebays rules and reports will be made!0 -
Wellworthit - don't fall for that one - do a search for COMPLETED listings - just because some chancer lists a Pre3 for £400 doesn't mean it'll sell. Find out what they're selling for.
 I am certainly not that dumb, I actually checked the completed listings and averaged the last 15 that SOLD.
Are they chancers, or making the best of a situation where people will pay almost anything for a phone just because of the hype.

Wellworthit, no offence intended, but you didn't make clear whether these phones were listed for £400 or actually sold, I found it hard to believe that people are actually buying them for £400, and I still think whoever pays £400 for them is daft!
This comes from someone who bought the Pre (original) and Touchpad on launch day!0 -
ok just went into my local carphonewarehouse he didnt know anything about the phone, but he had a look on his computer and showed me they had 709 sim free ones in stock at the price of £479 - this is whats making me think they are holding off selling them till they are sure of the price drop.Top wins - £10,000 lottery/daily mirror, £5000 asda vouchers, £1000 washing machine, 2 week canaries cruise, VIP trip to the olympics, 46" 3D TV, personal chef, kitchen aid mixer, £1000 tesco vouchers - latest prize £10,000 road trip with kit Kat0

There is so much hype on the stupid things that I bet they will manage to sell them all on contract . Stupid, but that's how things work

i just got the processing email too, and i tracked order it says Your order has been received, we will be processing your transaction as soon as possible. Please note: due to the current high volumes of orders that are being placed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
wierd as anyone who ordered one on the new contract has recieved them even tho they ordered days after.
my local cpw says there is 700 in stock sim free so hes not sure why the order is stuck - but he didnt make him check will just wait and see if they are holding them as they know the price will decrease. so dont phone lol
